Cr8tive Washrooms were appointed to deliver a full turnkey refurbishment of multi-floor commercial washroom facilities within a prestigious workplace environment in Warwickshire.

The client’s brief was clear — to transform outdated washrooms into modern, high-end spaces that reflect the quality of the wider office environment, while ensuring durability, hygiene, and ease of maintenance for high daily usage.

Our design focused on creating a refined, contemporary aesthetic that balances warmth with premium materials:

Rich wood-effect IPS (integrated panel system)to conceal services and introduce a natural, executive feel
Large-format grey porcelain wall tiling for a clean, seamless backdrop
Marble-effect solid surface vanity tops to elevate the overall finish
Countertop vessel basins paired with chrome fittings for a minimalist, high-end look
Feature mirrors with soft detailing to enhance light and spatial perception

The combination delivers a space that feels both luxurious and highly functional, suitable for a modern corporate setting.

This was a fully coordinated, multi-floor refurbishment, completed within a live commercial environment:

Full strip-out of existing washroom facilities
Installation of new IPS (Integrated Panel Systems) across all service walls
Bespoke vanity units with integrated storage
New sanitaryware including WCs, urinals, and vessel basins
Mechanical & electrical upgrades including:
- IP-rated LED lighting
- Updated power and containment
- Ventilation improvements
Wall and floor finishes throughout
Decoration and final detailing
