From dull to dynamic: Redefining staff washrooms with design excellence
Our transformation of the staff washrooms within John Leggott College shows that not all places of work need to be dull. This project was increasing the capacity of the washrooms by increasing the number of washroom cubicles within both male and female facilities. This included our integral duct sets within each of the cubicles, which is designed to hide all pipework but still allow full access to existing services.
The walls have been plastered and redecorated contrasting the warn wood grain laminate used to form the cubicles. The flooring selected is from our range of high clarity stone and concrete effects collection designed for high commercial use.
The beautiful black-framed structure mirrors have been selected due to the changeable colours from warm to natural light through to cool white, these have a rating of IP44, making them ideal to be used in washroom settings. To complement these, black pillar taps have been selected with black accessories to provide a feeling of elegance.

Blending functionality with refined design for a timeless finish
The accent walls have been overclad with our The Acupanel® range of contemporary wood wall panels. These are designed to have a consistent grain finish. Lamella strips with a clean, modern appearance are mounted onto a uniquely designed, recycled acoustic felt material. Fast and simple installation allows you to quickly transform any space to maximise any washroom facility cost-effectivity.
These facilities not only provide staff with a comfortable and uplifting space but also serve to showcase the college when welcoming visitors, partners and prospective students.
